Delete your account

This removes your Clubs Radar account and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Your account, name, email address and profile picture
Your RSVPs and the clubs you follow
Your club memberships and your volunteering record
Your season points and leaderboard standing
Any saved card, which is removed from our payment processor

What we have to keep, and why

Records of completed payments stay on the club’s books, with your name removed. They are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, generally seven years, because a club has to be able to account for money it received.

If you bought a ticket for an event that has not happened yet, contact the club first. Deleting your account does not refund a ticket, and the club sold it, not us.
