Answers to the things people ask most, and how to reach us if yours is not here.
Common questions
How do I sign in?
Clubs Radar signs you in with your Google or Apple account, so there is no separate password to forget. Pick whichever one you used the first time — signing in with the other creates a second, empty account.
I RSVP’d but the club has no record of me.
An RSVP and a ticket are different things. An RSVP tells the club you intend to come; a paid event needs a ticket, which appears under Tickets once payment goes through. If you paid and no ticket appeared, contact us with the date and the event name.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are issued by the club that sold you the ticket, not by Clubs Radar, because the money goes to the club. Contact the club from its page. If you cannot reach them, contact us and we will chase it.
The map shows nothing near me.
Check that location access is allowed for Clubs Radar in your device settings. If it is off, the map opens on a default view instead — you can still search by place name or drag the map to where you want to look.
How do I list my club?
Open “List your club” and fill in the form. Once your club is listed you can add events, invite event coordinators, and take payment for tickets after connecting a Stripe account.
How do I stop notifications?
Turn them off for Clubs Radar in your device notification settings. Nothing else about your account changes and you keep every ticket you have already bought.
How do I delete my account?
Ask us and we will delete it, along with your RSVPs and profile. Records of completed purchases are kept where tax rules require. See the privacy policy for the detail.
Questions about a specific event
Clubs run their own events, set their own prices and decide their own rules on cancellations. For anything about what happens on the day, the club is the fastest answer: open the event, tap through to the club, and use the contact details on its page.
